We shared our experiences of using AI across our personal lives interacting with other enterprises, in our own operations within the business and what we are seeing in the rollout of AI in other enterprises.
When we were last engaged with TIS in 2022, we had explored a chat bot that might give services engineers access to repair and maintenance expertise. Back then it seemed too early.
The movements in Artificial Intelligence have made the concept of a service advisor AI as part of a support product a reality.
I feel there will be more movement in the capability of enterprise systems and more changes in how we interact with them in the next 2 or 3 years than we have seen for 10 years.
